Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Please do NOT send cash.
We do NOT accept international bank cheques, sorry. This is due to the large fees charged by UK banks to deposit cheques which are in a foreign currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged according to the item weight, value and destination.
To find out how much shipping will cost, put items in your basket and go to the checkout. Enter the address details as prompted. It will then tell you the shipping charge. This does NOT commit you to any purchase!

Delivery Schedule Orders are shipped every weekday (Monday to Friday) at 3pm and orders are normally despatched within one working day of receipt of payment. We will try our best to dispatch orders on the same day if received by 12 noon. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Even we need some time to have fun!
For cheques (UK only), please allow 5 working days from receipt for them to clear. |
| Back Orders We try to ensure that items are only listed as being in stock when we actually have them in stock. However, if for some reason this is not the case, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Faulty items will be replaced or you will be refunded. Items must be returned within 7 Days of receipt. Please see our returns policy.
Please be aware that yoyos are not unbreakable. Yo-yo's will suffer wear and tear when played. Yo-yo's will break if (for example) they hit hard surfaces, are trodden on, are not properly maintained (change the strings frequently!), are over tightened or otherwise misused. We cannot be held responsible for breakages unless it can be reasonably shown that the yoyo was faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to persons or property resulting from playing with a yoyo. These are fun items but PLEASE play with care. Never throw a yoyo at a perosn or animal. Please play safely and Have Fun! |

Returns Policy I want you to be able to buy in the confidence that you are going to get good value, great service and excellent products. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
