This is the first part of the Sticks Play series, focusing on the fundamentals. An excellent tool for beginners but also useful for intermediate spinners. Although Aaron Young shows us all these skills through a Master Lunastix most but not all of the skills can be applied to the regular devilstick. The teaching method is clear and very accessible with a good voice over to help players understand how to achieve the 50 tricks he covers in detail. This DVD unlike the Stix Guru is based more around teaching tricks rather then just showing freestyle footage. : Tic - toc, Infinities, snakes, elbow weave, balancing, bicycle, raver, body rolls, straight jacket and many more....
